Our searches start from ground zero. We run the search like a typical software project where the requirements are understood with an intake meeting and analyzed to match the available talent pool. Submissions are fully based around the needs of the client. All candidates are 100% passive (happily employed) and sourced real-time as opposed to coming from stale, tired recycled databases. Projects have time defined deliverables & milestones. The client is always kept in the loop using our weekly dashboard metrics reporting. Unlike other agencies we do not simply “disappear” and abandon project.

All projects undergo a feasibility study where we analyze the role in depth and determine rate of success within project parameters. We only take projects that are feasible and will succeed. This means we will never do the disappearing act.
